Willie Sue (Zenker) Heard

Willie Sue Heard passed peacefully from this life at Maury Regional Medical Center on November 02,2023 at the age of 70 years. She was born to the late Carl and Mary Hatfield Zenker in Vernon, TX December 28,1952. She married Mr. Jimmy Heard on June 27,1970 whom she would remain married to for the next 53 years. She was a homemaker, co-owner of Pine Craft Furniture Corporation and loved working with special needs children when she worked as a substitute teacher. Mrs. Heard enjoyed crocheting, knitting, drawing, reading, attending church at the South Highland Church of Christ in Collinwood, and loved spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband Jimmy Heard, daughters Angie Pigg husband Mark all of Collinwood, TN. Lindsey Heard of Waynesboro, TN; son James Heard, grandchildren Chantel Pigg, Andrew and Aiden Delasko, Dakota and Kelby Heard and Cheyenne Lemay sisters Carolyn Moore and Shelia Harris 

Services will be held Monday November 06, 2023 at the South Highland Church of Christ at 1:00 pm with David Highland officiating.

Visitation will begin Sunday November 05, 2023, from 5:00 pm till 7:00 pm at the South Highland Church of Christ and resume Monday November 06,2023 at 9:00 am till service time  

At her family’s request following the service her body will be cremated.
