Timothy Jason "Tim" Franks, age 46 born April 29, 1978, formerly of Morehead, Kentucky, passed away at the Hillside Hospital in Pulaski, Tennessee on May 17, 2024 after a long battle with MS. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
