Phillip Alan Hazlett

Mr. Phillip Alan Hazlett was born in Metarie,LA January 15,1973 his late father Ronald A. Hazlett and his mother Deborah Hazlett who resides in Florida. Mr. Hazlett will be remembered as a hard worker as he spent his adult years working in construction, security and proudly served his nation in the U.S. Marine Corps. He sadly passed from this life on April 21, 2024, at his home in Clifton, TN making his stay on this earth some 51 years, 6 months and 6 days.
