Michael Paul Kurk

Mr. Michael Paul Kurk was born in Detroit, MI on November 22, 1946 by his parents the late Mr. Frank Kurk and Mrs. Mary Kurk. Michael would spend his childhood in Michigan graduating high school. Afterwards, he would spend many years employed in the auto manufacturing industry working for Chrysler Motor Company. He was of the Catholic faith and in his leisure time could be found camping, watching “Walker Texas Ranger” and he especially enjoyed watching his favorite football team play the “Detroit Lions”. Still, he held no other moments dear to his heart than the time spent with his family especially his children and grandchildren. Mr. Michael Paul Kurk passed from this life on September 03, 2025 at his home in Etheridge, TN making his stay on this earth some 7 8 years.

He is survived by his children Jared Anthony Kurk and Justin Kurk both of Etheridge, TN; grandchildren Mark William Foust, Patricia Mary Jewel Ann Kurk and Madison Allysa Onica Beth Kurk; siblings Rick Kurk, Frank Kurk Jr. and Judy Vitalle; as well as many other family members, friends and loved ones.

Memorial Services will be held October 04, 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bates-Love Funeral and Cremation Chapel in Waynesboro, TN. Visitation with the Kurk family will begin October 04, 2025 from 11:00 AM till 2:00PM all at the Bates-Love Funeral and Cremation, LLC Chapel.
