Michael William Alley

Mr. Michael William Alley was born on January 06, 1955, in Sarasota, FL to his father the late Robert Alley and his surviving mother Mrs. Edna Christine Alley. Michael Alley was a hard worker having spent many years working for the Towboat. Throughout his adult life he enjoyed working as a carpenter on side jobs and at home.  When not working he spent his leisure time playing and listening to music. Mr. Alley was a rock musician at heart and loved oldies rock enjoying such bands as Led Zeppelin.  Still nothing compared to the time he spent with his family and friends. Mr. Michael William Alley passed from this life at his home at the age of 70 years. 

He is survived by his wife Debra Alley of Collinwood, TN; cousin Jeff Alley and wife Shelia of Waynesboro, TN, Janie Shouse of Columbia, TN and Robert Flippo as well as many other loved ones and friends. 

Graveside services will be held at Greenwood Cemetery Wednesday March 12, 2025 at 2:00 pm 

Visitation with the family will begin Wednesday March 12, 2025, at 11:00 am at the Bates-Love Funeral and Cremation, LLC in Waynesboro, TN.
