Maurence Johnny Shipley Jr.

Mr. Maurence Johnny Shipley Jr. was born to his parents the late Mr. Maurence Shipley Sr. and Mrs. Laura Sharpe Shipley on June 11, 1942 in Miami, FL. Mr. Shipley bravely and honorable served his nation joining the United States Army and serving three years of duty. After his military service, he would work in several capacities throughout his adult life, as he was a hard worker. He would live most of his life in Florida where he enjoyed fishing watching sports and other outdoor activites. Mr. Shipley passed from this life on October 13, 2025 at his home in Lawrenceburg, TN.

He is survived by his son Maurene Shipley and his wife Cynthia both of Lawrenceburg; daughter Eva Inman of Tampa, FL; 7 grandchildren as well as many other family, friends and loved ones.
