Larry Thomas Pevahouse

Larry Thomas Pevahouse was born March 08, 1948 in Clifton, TN to the union of the late Henry Allen and Delia McDonald Pevahouse. He was united in marriage to the former Deborah Adams on September 18, 1975. Mr. Pevahouse will be remembered for his work as a correctional officer, his love for mowing and riding around town. He departed this life on Thursday, May 23, 2024 in Columbia, TN making his stay in this life some 76 years, 2 months, and 16 days.

Those left behind to cherish his memory include his wife of almost 49 years, Deborah Adams Pevahouse; two sons, Thomas Patrick Pevahouse and wife Pamela; David Allen “Cedrick” Pevahouse all of Clifton, TN; three grandchildren, Kyndall Pevahouse, Michael Pevahouse, and Skylar Carper; one great grandchild, Margotte Pevahouse.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Pevahouse is preceded in death by a son, Timothy “Tojo” Pevahouse, a grandson, Cameron Pevahouse; and his siblings, Inez Kiddy, Imogene Pevahouse, Peggy Alley, Wanda Pevahouse, Malcolm Pevahouse, Pud Pevahouse, Bobby Pevahouse, Ronald K. Pevahouse, and Junior Pevahouse.

Visitation with the Pevahouse family will be on Thursday, May 30, 2024 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Bates-Love Funeral and Cremation Chapel.

A private family graveside service will take place at Clifton Cemetery.
