Mrs. Kate Garner was born March 14, 1948, in Hohenwald, TN to the late Woodrow "Pete" Tatum and Emma "Emmie" Gladden Tatum. Mrs. Garner wore many hats and possessed various roles throughout her life but her first priority was her faith in her God, and her unconditional love she had for her family and friends.
