Mr. Johnny Paul Risner was born January 4, 1961, in Chicago, Illinois to the late Floyd Dempsey and Alphia Franks Risner. He passed away January 17, 2024, at his home in Collinwood, TN making his stay on this earth some 63 years and 13 days. He worked many years as an electrician and carpenter and attended the Cornerstone Church in Collinwood. He enjoyed restoring old cars in his spare time but especially loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife Kimberly Wright Risner of Collinwood, TN; 3 children Amanda Lee Risner Mosley and husband Will of Waynesboro, TN; Damian Paul Risner and Hillary Jade Risner of Collinwood, TN; 5 stepchildren Jiminey Jenkins, Nathaniel Jenkins, Harley Jenkins, Hunter Jenkins and Allie Alegria all of Collinwood, TN;3 grandchildren Hannah, Devin and Sarah Mosley all of Waynesboro, TN; 4 step grandchildren Venessa Jenkins, Zennarie Alegria, Erina Alegria, Lennie Bell Jenkins; brother David Risner; sisters Martha Stafford of Iuka, MS, Linda Guzman and Marylynn Boutwell both of Collinwood, TN
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a son Joshua Paul Risner; brothers Floyd Dempsey Risner Jr., Adam Troy Risner and Danny Risner; sisters Margaret Risner and Margie Ray
