Gary Paul Glover

Mr. Gary Paul Glover was born on August 2, 1977, to his parents, the late Mr. Johnny L. Glover Sr. and Mrs. Vivian Linda Jackson Glover. He spent his childhood in Collinwood, where he developed a love for automotive mechanics, installing radios in vehicles, and woodworking, interests he carried throughout his life. During his working years, he was employed as a truck driver, serving in various positions for several employers over the years.

He was of the Christian faith and attended Cornerstone Church in Collinwood. Being community-minded, he faithfully served for many years with the Collinwood Volunteer Fire Department. However, no moments were closer to his heart than those spent with his family and friends.

Mr. Gary Paul Glover departed this life on April 18, 2026, at Maury Regional Medical Center, at the age of 48 years.

Those left to cherish his memory include his son, Tyler Russell and fiancée, Stormi; daughter, Kayona Russell Hill and husband, Ethan, all of Waynesboro; brothers, Johnny L. Glover Jr. and wife, Shelia, Larry Glover, and Richard Glover, all of Waynesboro; nieces, Brittany Glover and husband, David, and Rosa Creasy, both of Waynesboro, Jessica Ehrett and husband, Chris, of Mount Juliet, Candria Graves and husband, Daniel, Natasha Jackson and husband, Bradley, and Taylor Samuels and husband, Ben, all of Collinwood; one nephew, Nicolas Gerstenberger of Mount Juliet; many great-nieces and great-nephews; along with extended family members, friends, and dear loved ones.
