Mr. Earl Lee Osborn was born July 27, 1942 in Marion County, IN to the union of his parents the late Mr. Martin Osborn and Mrs. Lula Osborn. After high school, he joined the United States Army, bravely and honorably serving during the Korean War. Once returning home from his military service, Mr. Osborn would work in several various occupations such as a commercial fisherman, Block Mason and Well Driller. He was community minded as he was a member of the Veterans Club of America in Fort Meyers, FL, the Moose Lodge and the American Legion. In his leisure time he enjoyed fishing, building fires in his wood stove and playing his guitar. However, he held no other moments in life closest to his heart than the times he spent with his family and friends. Mr. Earl Lee Osborn passed from this life at his home in Waynesboro on October 13, 2025 making his stay on this earth some 85 years.
Those left to honor his memory include his son Robert Lee Osborn and wife Lorie Ann of Waynesboro; daughter Holly Marie Osborn of Austin, TX; grandchildren Crystal Osborn and Emily Nutt husband Josh; siblings Sam, Pete, Alan, Irene, Martha, Carol, Karen, Gail, Danie, Fred and Jeff.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings Steve and Debbie.
