Dorian Bronislaus Clemens

Mr. Dorian Bronislaus Clemens was born in Detroit, MI June 16,1939 to the late Barney Clemens and Camilla Clemens. He would later marry Hazel Jean Stockard Clemens and they would remain married until her passing in 2008. Mr. Dorian was a proud member of the Ford Motor Company and its local 36 UAW (United Auto Workes). As well, he was a member of the Brighton Lions Club and Hartland Jaycees.  Mr. Dorian was baptized into the church at the Collinwood Church of God and never missed a Sunday watching the World Outreach Program. Mr. Clemens enjoyed watching "The Price is Right ", "Let's Make a Deal" and of all things "General Hospital". He especially enjoyed Nascar, Tiger Baseball and Detroit Lions football. Ultimately, nothing compared to the time he spent with his family whom he would often tell "I love you to the moon and back".  Mr. Dorian Clemens passed from this life at St. Thomas Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN making his stay on this earth some 84 years, 10 months and 21 days.

Mr. Clemens is survived by his brothers Bernard Clemens and Lee Clemens; daughters Elizabeth Ann Strager of Simi Valley, CA, Dawn Clemens-True, of Murfreesboro, TN. Sons Sean Clemens and wife Christie of Leslie, MI, Shane Clemens of Macomb, MI, grandchildren Katherine Camille Johnson and husband B.J., Makayla Paige Clemens, Alexus Alexandria Clemens, Chandler Michael Clemens and Christian Michael Clemens; great-grandchildren JayBree and Camille Jarrell.

In addition to his parents and wife; he is preceded in death by sister Connie Camilla Ferenchick, brothers Jacob Clemens, William Clemens and Patrick Clemens

Services will be held May 12, 2024, at the Bates- Love Funeral and Cremation chapel at 2:00 pm with Reverend Lorilee Everleth officiating. Burial with committal service to follow in the Wayne County Memorial Gardens in Waynesboro, TN.

Visitation with the Clemens family will be held May 12,2024 beginning at 12:00 noon until 2:00 pm service time.
