Clinton Wayne Erickson

Mr. Clinton Wayne Erickson passed from this life January 03, 2024 at Tristar Health System Centennial Hospital in Dickson, TN making his stay upon this earth 86 years 2 months and 14 days. He was born to the late Waller and Marjorie McAnally Erickson on October 20, 1937, in Boone, Iowa. Mr. Erickson married Mrs. Loraine Johnson Erickson November 11, 1978, and remained married until her death November 15, 2016. Mr. Erickson attended the First Baptist Church in Waynesboro, TN, He "loved music" as he enjoyed playing his guitar, harp as well as several other instruments.  Those who knew him best knew him as a hard worker, whether keeping his lawn cut and neat, planting and working in his garden, and staying active. He also worked in Nevada as well as other locations for many years as a custodian.   

His survivors include a son John Erickson of Des Moines, niece Pam Erickson of  Nevada; brother Durrell Erickson of Henderson, NV; grandson Evan Erickson; loved ones Kristin Landers and her fiancé Samuel Torres, their son Gavin Torres and Tina Bunting all of Waynesboro TN.

In addition to his parents and wife he is preceded in death by a brother Steven Erickson

At his request his body will be cremated.

Memorial service times may be announced at a later date.
