Anthony (Tony) Howard Skelton

Anthony "Tony" Howard Skelton was born in Waynesboro, TN March 16, 1971, to the late Howard Skelton and Jessie Rachel Reeves Skelton. Mr. Skelton was a graduate of Wayne County Highschool and worked for many years for Genesco Manufacturing in Waynesboro, TN. He enjoyed fishing, cooking and especially spending time with his family and friends and his dog Ren. Mr. Skelton passed from this life on May 4, 2024, at the Maury Regional Medical Center making his stay upon this earth some 53 years 1 month and 19 days.  

He is survived by his Significant other of over 30 years Chanda Jackson, son Haden Skelton and wife Summer, all of Waynesboro, TN daughters Kayleigh Skelton and Zoie Skelton boyfriend Tanner of Waynesboro, TN sister Gayla Andrews, nephew Joelton Jackson and was excitedly expecting his first granddaughter in July Marley Kate Skelton.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter Chastina Skelton.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday May 07, 2024, at Shields cemetery at 3:00 pm with Greg Eaton officiating. 

Those honored to serve as pallbearers include Joelton Jackson, David Skimehorn, Brandon McMinn, Cody Hicks and Tanner Pope.
