Alice Haley Howard

Ms. Alice Haley Howard was born December 18, 1974 in East St. Louis, Illinois to her parents the late Mr. Robert Clarence Haley and Mrs. Phyllis Annetta Roberts Haley. Alice spent most of her childhood in the Waynesboro area with her family attending and graduating school from Wayne County High in 1992. In her teenage and young adult years, she worked in the restaurant industry as a hostess for several different restaurant chains in different locations. Being a social person, she enjoyed meeting and serving the people she encountered throughout her career. However, she cherished no other moment in life than the times she spent with her family. Some of her most cherished moments were traveling with her daughter Autumn attending dance competitions, watching her daughter compete. In her leisure time, she spent many hours studying the genealogy of her family, learning of her ancestral roots. She was a spiritually minded woman as she was a member of the United Methodist Church in Waynesboro, TN. Those who knew her  will remember her as a hard working, devoted friend,  mother and grand mother. Ms. Alice Haley Howard passed from this life to her heavenly home on November 05, 2025 in Waynesboro making her stay on this earth some 50 years and 10 months.

Those left to honor her memory include her daughter Autumn Leanne Howard (boyfriend Nicolas) of Savannah, GA; brothers Terry Haley (partner Darlene) and Robert Haley (wife Sherry); sisters Judith Kay Nutt, Sherry Curtis and Belinda Jo Berry (husband Warren) all of Waynesboro, TN; unborn grandson Weston

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Reverand David Clarence Haley and Elsie Dean Pope Haley; maternal grandparents Earl Roberts and Ruby Roberts

Funeral Services will be held Sunday November 09, 2025 at 2:00 pm at the Bates-Love Funeral and Cremation, LLC in Waynesboro with Greg Eaton officiating. Burial will follow in the North Highland Cemetery in Waynesboro.

Visitation with the family will begin Sunday November 09, 2025 at 10:00 am till 1:30 pm at the Bates-Love Funeral and Cremation, LLC in Waynesboro, TN.
